At first glance I would have thought the new Castillo Bar Chair from Giati Designs, Inc. was comprised of wood, what with all the hand-carved details such as the fluting on the legs. To my surprise, however, the chair is hand-cast and finished in bronzed aluminum. The woven metal seat is inset into the grooves and seamlessly welded into the frame. This chair is designed and constructed to withstand the outdoor elements but would work in many interior applications as well.
